We accept Visa, Discover, or Master card. However, credit card payments must be arranged at the time a reservation is made and are not accepted at the box office the day of the performance. All credit card sales are final. No refunds or cancellations. Exchanges can be made up to 24 hours prior to a performance and can be done by calling the Old Log Theater box office.

Thur, Fri, Sat: 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

MERSC and Corporate Discounts

If your company is a member of MERSC (Minnesota Employee Recreation Service Council) you, as an employee, may be entitled to receive tickets at a discount. To find out if your company is a member, or to find out how your company can become a member of this program, contact your company representative for details or check out www.mersc.org

The Old Log facility is entirely wheel chair accessible.

Assisted Listening Devices

Small, hand-sized receivers are available for people with hearing loss free of charge. Reservations can be made through the box office. A driver’s license or credit card will be required as security.
