Since Tom Stolz first performed his moving recitation of THE GOSPEL ACCORDING TO ST. MARK in 1984 at the Old Log Theater, it has become a favorite Lenten season tradition with Twin City audiences.  Without props, costumes, or sets, dependent totally on the rich beautiful language of the King James Bible, the story of Jesus is reborn in the minds and hearts of the audience.

Tom Stolz has taken Mark's Gospel to churches, colleges, summer camps, nursing homes, prisons, art centers and theaters throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe, and several years ago, Israel.  He describes his performance not as a one-man show or dramatization, but rather a "reliving" of the Gospel of Mark.
