What is the Wheel Chair Accessibility like?The ENTIRE Old Log facility is wheel chair accessible. |
Does Old Log Theater have Assisted Listening Devices?Yes. For no extra cost we have small, hand-sized receivers available for people with hearing loss. Reservations can be made through the box office. Please note that a driver's license or credit card will be required as security collateral. |
When is the Box Office open?Sun, Mon, Tue & Wed: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. |
Does the Old Log accept charitable donation requests?Yes, we would be happy to consider your request. Please see our guidelines here. |
Can I rent out the Old Log Theater?Yes you can! Great for parties, reunions and get togethers. For information about renting out the Old Log Theater facilities, please call 952-474-5951. |
Are there Corporate Discounts?If your company is a member of MERSC (Minnesota Employee Recreation Service Council) you, as an employee, may be entitled to receive tickets at a discount. To find out if your company is a member, or to find out how your company can become a member of this program, contact your company representative for details or check out www.mersc.org |

Is there Free Parking?Yes! Unlike downtown theaters, our parking is completely free and has ample lighting adjacent to the theater! |
What are my Payment Options?We accept Visa or Mastercard. However, credit card payments must be arranged at the time a reservation is made and are not accepted at the box office the day of the performance. All credit card sales are final. No refunds or cancellations. Exchanges can be made up to 24 hours prior to a performance and can be done by calling the Old Log Theater box office. |
